We came up with a powerful Unmanned Surface Vessel with 4 meters long, inside a catamaran boat: The new IPM PRO 210. With a speed of 22 knots, it can achieve autonomous navigation and complete unmanned tasks with the help of a high-precision satellite positioning navigation /GPS within 200 miles.

According to the type of the task, IPM PRO 210 can carry different equipments, as well as unmanned aerial vehicles and underwater vehicles to achieve cooperative operation, which can fully meet the requirements of maritime search and rescue, port security etc…

Our vision is to enable experts in fields such as water sample, hydrography survey, patrol, and drowning rescue to do their jobs in a safer, faster, and more efficient manner than ever before.

The Catamaran Boat

To carry the integrality of the IPM PRO 210 system, we chose a Catamaran boat type, known for the double hulls and praised for their seaworthiness, stability, and fuel efficiency.

In addition to this, this type of boats is specifically practical in the field of communication, because of its large antennas that make the maritime networking much more effective. And with a multihull design, the catamaran can turn 360 degrees within their own length along with their known fast sailing.

Ground Control System (GCS)

The Ground Control Station (GCS) carries a mission planner in the form of our DeviceMeter (software to manage, monitor and track your communication devices), a live-streaming platform (Underwater and Surveillance camera of live-streaming), Telemetry data and payload or useful load control functions through communications systems and data links to communicate with the unmanned vehicle platform and its onboard systems.

It is fully configurable according to the user’s needs. The basic model is portable as a case, and includes IPC PRO 100 (high power computer with 64 RAM and 1 TB SSD) with its corresponding big screen (sunlight readable).

Delivering an almost real-time view, with industry-leading 60 RPM operation at close range for the ultimate in collision avoidance. It identifies hazards in an instant with VelocityTrack™ Doppler technology. So that the user can enjoy simultaneous short and long-range coverage—up to 36 nautical miles—from a compact 20-inch dome antenna.

Thanks to the SIMRAD, the IPM PRO 210 can easily communicate with other boats in the sea and sending them important information.

IPM PRO 210’s sonar system expands your underwater horizons with clear, displays of underwater structure. This system uses advanced signal processing technology to help the IPM PRO 21O detect U-Boats, water rockets and more. For fishing, it can help the user see farther, clearer and spot more fish than traditional side scan sonar. Characteristics of the sonar system of the IPM PRO 210 include: 6000 waypoints, 500 routes with 100 max route points, 50 tracks with up to 12,000 track points. It also includes:

  • Radar compatibility: Broadband Radar, Halo Pulse Compression Radar, HD Pulse Radar
  • GPS: Built-in 10 Hz GNSS receiver for GPS and GLONASS, supports combinations with Galileo, Beidou, QZSS.SBAS (WAAS, EGNOS, MSAS, GAGAN)
  • Sonar Compatibility: Two 9 pin Xsonic
  • Sonar ports: Sonar port 1 (Single channel CHIRP, 50/200 khz, HDI), Sonar port 2 (Single channel CHIRP, 50/200 khz, TotalScan, LSS HD, ForwardScan). Compatible with: SonarHub, BSM-3, BSM-2, network echo sounders

Ultrasonic Weather Station

The weather station integrated in the IPM PRO 210 calculates the theoretical wind speed and direction based upon the apparent wind, speed of the vessel, and vessel heading.

Our Ultrasonic Weather Station has an internal, 10 Hz GPS and three-axis electronic compass. These sensors give heading, position, speed-over-ground, and course-over-ground functionality that is required for theoretical wind-data processing and mobile applications. A 3D compass with dynamic stabilization provided by the three-axis rate gyro also enhances the rate-of-turn data.

IPC PRO 100, a compact computer to stay in charge

A powerful mini computer, integrated in the process of the USV. With 64 Gb of RAM, this computer will showcase the status of the USV and will work as an external board.

The IPC PRO 100 solution carries a combination of software and hardware and can easily control and monitor your IPM PRO 210, provide security for the servers and get connected to any screen available to visualize the data that it contains.

It has a DDR4 SO-DIMM and Dualboot operating system on both Windows 10 Pro and Linux Mint, for faster rendering, easily working with massive files and running multiple software.

DeviceMeter, the right software to manage all your systems

DeviceMeter’s vision is to facilitate the management, monitoring and tracking of any type of communication device (e.g. sensors, monitoring devices, drones and aircraft) from your place in a real time.

It allows receiving, processing and storing the recorded data, in addition to managing the devices, analyzing the data and statistics presented by graphs on the dashboard. As well as improving security measures related to the use of these devices.
