OUR MOBILE POWER STATION

The mobile Power Station is a device that harvests, stores and delivers energy.

It captures energy from various sources and stores it for later use. The energy can come from electrical outlets, solar panels, or hydrogen pumps which makes it an environmentally friendly power supply.

Our mobile power station can be customized according to the need of our client. It can supply various devices, from small electronic devices such as laptops and cell phones to large appliances such as refrigerators and industrial machinery.

COMPATIBLE WITH ON/OFF GRID

OFF-GRID

The mobile power station works off-grid independently when it is not connected to the utility grid. It relies on its internal batteries to store the generated solar power, or the previously collected power from the AC wall sockets.

ON-GRID

The mobile power station works when it is connected to the utility grid by directly meeting power requirements. The power station generates power from solar panels , batteries and will take power from utility grid to handle peak loads.
We can’t say that with grid tied mobile power station we can remove the utility. However, the generated power, by solar panels, is used to supply devices and any surplus power is stored in internal batteries and can feed back to the grid.

ADD SURPLUS POWER TO THE COUNTRY GRID

The mobile power station will allow you to generate electricity and send the excess power to your country’s national grid.  In many countries, utility companies reward you for the excess energy that you fed to the grid. Every excess kWh of energy that you send to the grid counts as credit on your upcoming energy consumption.
Using UXV CENTER GmbH’s mobile power station will enable you to add power to the national grid. Thus, you will buy less energy from the grid and reduce your utility bills, while helping the grid by decreasing electricity demand. Your electricity bill will be based on the total electricity you used, relative to the total energy you generated and fed to the grid.

FIVE OPERATION MODES

Relying on batteries only, to power the devices

Storing power from solar panels on batteries or charging the batteries from the utility and keeping it for future use

Possibility to prioritize the source options (Ex: Solar panels (1), then Battery (2), then Utility(3)), Also prioritize the output options (Ex: Battery 1 and Loads 2).

*Possibility to combine two or three sources, simultaneously, to provide continuous power supply (Ex: If solar panels power is insufficient use the utility to complete the power demand)

PARALLEL CONNECTION FOR High-POWER APPLICATIONS

 

In order to expand power capacity and meet higher power demands, the mobile power station (5KW) can gather up to 9 inverters connected in parallel .

This parallel connection allows us to form microgrids, that work together and share the load. The high power generated by this system is then delivered to the load and the excess power is stored in the battery system.

FIELDS OF APPLICATION

At UXV CENTER GmbH , security is our major concern. To ensure a high level of safety, we use LIFePO4 batteries with a built-in Smart

Battery Management System (BMS) :

 

  • The BMS continuously monitors the battery and isolates it in case of issues or risks.
  • The main role of a BMS is to ensure that optimal use is made of the energy within the battery and that the risk of damage to the battery is prevented.
  • The use of a BMS lead to a longer life and a safer operation of the battery and thus the mobile power station.
